Would not have chosen anyone else to handle the most important lady in all our lives, our mum.

Andrew and Carolyn have been a tower of strength at our lowest hours. The support and compassion from the moment of passing, through the whole process, meant I knew Mum was in the safest hands. Nothing was ever rushed, we were kept up to date, and although the highways were against us on the day, everything went like clockwork.

The carriage and horses took our breath away. Mum’s final journey was one of pure beauty at such a highly emotional time.

Although my Dad’s partner arranged the funeral with Andy and Carolyn, they were compassionate and accommodating with me throughout. I visited Dad at the Chapel of Rest, and they had him looking beautiful. Each time I visit his grave, I can look down knowing he was looking his best.

On the day, they were professional and incredibly kind. My two sons acted as pallbearers, and they were given plenty of guidance and support.
